ROOM TO WRITE

Every write-on line and table row is at least 0.3 in (7.6 mm) tall. The class list, attendance, gradebook, assessment and skills pages hold 28 students a page on US Letter and 30 on A4. For a bigger class, print the page twice.

SIZES AND FILES

Five PDF files, 38 planner pages in each edition:

• Start-here guide with printing and binding tips
• US Letter (8.5 x 11 in): color
• US Letter: ink-saving black and gray
• A4 (210 x 297 mm): color
• A4: ink-saving black and gray

Every page keeps side margins of at least 0.6 in (15 mm), so there is room to hole-punch. The US Letter files use US spelling (behavior, schedule) and the A4 files use British spelling (behavior, timetable).

HOW IT WORKS

Download the files from your order page right after payment (the link is emailed to you too), print at home or at a print shop, and write on the pages by hand. This is a print-and-write planner; the PDFs are not fillable on screen.

GOOD TO KNOW

• This is a digital download. No physical item is shipped.
• For personal use by one teacher in a single classroom. Files may not be shared with colleagues, uploaded to a shared drive or website, or resold.
• Pages with children's names and family contact details are private: follow your school's own rules for storing them.
• Colors vary a little between screens and printers.
