Where do I download my files?
Right after you pay you land on your order page, where the download buttons are. The same link is emailed to you. To download again later, open that email, or sign in to your account with the email address you paid with.
I cannot find my order email. What now?
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, go to the account page, type the email address you paid with, and open the sign-in link we send. Every order paid with that address is listed there.
How do I open the ZIP file and print?
On a computer, double-click the ZIP. On a phone or tablet, open it in the Files app. Open the START-HERE file first. When you print, choose "actual size" or 100%. Each product comes in US Letter and A4, so pick the size your paper is.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. You can buy without an account, and there are no passwords. To see your orders, sign in with a link we email you, or with Google.
How do free picks and VIP work?
Every 5 purchases earn one free product of your choice, to pick within 30 days. Buy 45 items within 30 days and you become a VIP, with a personal code for 20% off that works in your own account.
Can I get a refund?
For shop downloads: the full price less a 25¢ fee within 24 hours, 85% within 30 days, 50% within 60 days. A faulty file is fixed or refunded in full. Ask from your order page.
I bought one of your books. Who do I ask about it?
Books are sold by Amazon, not by our shop. For a book order, delivery, return or refund, contact Amazon; we cannot see or change those orders.
