THE WORDS

Fifty very common little words in ten sets of five: look, a, can, I, and, see, the, it, in, go, and so on, up to here, funny, eat, do and all. Every picture sentence uses only words from the pages before it, the word on its own page and the pictured nouns, such as cat, dog, bus and frog.

HOW IT WORKS

Download the files from your order page right after payment (the link is emailed to you too) and print at home or at a print shop. Print the whole book, or just the pages you want today. A pencil is all you need; scissors are only for the flash cards.

• Personal use only. Print the files again whenever you like, for your own family or your own classroom. Files may not be shared or resold.
• The fifty words are common little words such as look, the, and, we, and said. They are grouped in ten sets of five, and the pages go in order from the first set to the tenth. Every picture sentence uses only words from the pages before it, and the word on its page, plus the pictured nouns (cat, dog, bus and so on).
• The trace-and-write lines have a top line, a dashed middle line and a base line. The letters are a plain print hand, the same on every page, with a start dot on every stroke. Books and classrooms show letters in a few different ways; these pages use one.
• All the flash cards are in the book: fifty words on five pages to cut out.
• Answers are at the back: the letters of every find-it row, the shape that fits each word, and the word searches, matching and fill-in pages.
• Colors vary a little between screens and printers.
• Little Panda is the character from our children's books.
