Free printable bedtime routine chart for kids
A one-week chart of six common bedtime steps, with a circle to mark each night and a blank row for a step of your own. It lets a young child see what comes next, so bedtime runs on the chart instead of on reminders.
US Letter, one page. No email needed.

How to use it
- Hang it at your child's eye level, near where the routine starts.
- Do the steps in the same order every night; the order is what makes it a routine.
- Let your child mark the circle or add a sticker after each step.
- Use the blank row for a step of your own, such as a drink of water or choosing tomorrow's clothes.
- Print a fresh copy each week and write the bedtime at the top.

The chart is the easy part. The articles on the For Parents page cover the rest: what to say, what to expect and how long it takes.
